Get On Target is a firearm training company that was established back in 2015. We strive to teach all of our clients how to become better shooters and guide them to be responsible gun owners.

While we are located in Chino Hills, California, our classes are available to people in the Inland Empire area.

Mission Statement

My name is Kevin McNeal owner of Get On Target. I first thought of Get On Target many years ago as I navigated myself though my now 28 year law enforcement career.

We offer professional level training classes that cater to beginners to well seasoned shooters. Safe is always our first priority.

My experience is much more than just a law enforcement officer. I am a certified Firearm instructor by The San Bernardino Sheriff Department, the FBI, NRA, and the California Department of Corrections to name a few. I have also been tasked with the duties of overall Range Master over a special unit with the state of California.
